This is a beginner-to-intermediate drawing class with clear-cut step-by-step instructions to help achieve a great finished art piece. For the first few classes, please bring one to three pieces of your favorite wrapped candy to do Pop Art Style Candy Wrapper drawing.

We will explore different Contemporary Art styles. First, we’ll dive into Pop Art. It started in the 1950’s. Pop Art focuses on taking simple, everyday objects and using them as subjects for fine art — “art for everyone.” Andy Warhol is the artist credited with starting this movement.
